This place was old school cool. The atmosphere was timeless and so was the menu. Every plate was hearty and flavorful. They say not to order a steak at a seafood place, but the steak was a table favorite. The tiger shrimp is another recommended dish. The kids menu had several options for the little ones as well. The Catch had perfect views of the harbor and the location near Prince is easy to find, and easy to spot with the red door.
From the Big Island and this is my second time here in two weeks. I loved this place the first time I ate here with the family and enjoyed it so much . I bought my husband here for his birthday and had the Garlic chicken and Poke Nachos. Everything was awesome from the food to the staff. This will always be a go to place when we come back. Thank you Kawika for your service
I’m a local and been meaning to try the Chart House for a while. Finally made it there for some clam chowder and Caesar salad. Their cocktails were delicious. Sunset views were great. Overall kind of pricey and better alternatives for locals.
The garlic prime steak was quite possibly the best steak I have ever had. The flavor was rich and it was as tender as a filet. Our server Steven was incredibly knowledgeable and so friendly! He made the suggestion of the steak and the equally tasty cheesecake for desert. Cannot recommend this place enough, one of the few times I have paid this much for a meal and I would genuinely say it was worth every penny.
I love Chart House Waikiki! The staff were super kind! The food was delicious! The interior was beautiful! Without any doubt a great restaurant; that is very much worth going to! Have a great day!
We ended up at Chart House 3 times over our 7-day vacation, and for good reason. Everything we ordered was fantastic, the staff (from hosts to servers) were delightful, and the views were unbeatable. Plus, although 2/3rds of the times we made reservations, we didn't have to wait long the night we came off-schedule. We first came on our first night in Hawaii for our anniversary, and the staff made sure to make it special (even giving us a card for the occasion — how sweet!) Our table had a perfect view of the ocean/yachts. We ordered: - Poke Nachos - Chicken Wings (sweet & spicy, ordered every time we came — so good!) - Black Linguine Di Mare (Shrimp, Scallops, Linguine, Lemon Saffron, Cream, Herb Pistou) - Seafood Tower (a must try!! Ahi Poke, Salmon Sashimi, Ahi Sashimi, Seared Scallops, Shrimp Cocktail, Fresh Oysters on the half shell, Alaskan King Crab) - Dragonfruit Mojito (highly recommend — White Rum, Sugar, Lime Mint, Dragonfruit, Soda Water) - Lilikoi Frozen Daquiri If I ever find myself back in Hawaii/Waikiki, I'll absolutely be back to Chart House. Thanks for making our vacation and anniversary special!
This is my first time in Waikiki, and this restaurant was right around the corner so I'd figure I would try....NOT disappointed!!! I started with the fried zucchini, and my main was the Sweet n Spicy wings and asparagus. The wing sauce had a mango flavor to it, not too spicy but it was A-Mazing! They also make their ranch in house and it was some of the best ranch I've ever had. To drink I got the mocktail option "Magic Island Lemonade" and it came with a cute little gummy bear on it. It wasn't overly loud and my server was extremely attentive and polite. I would have gotten dessert but I was just too full! Next time I'll have to try the Hawaiian Mud Pie xD
Fuc#ing awsome great food many sampled all good some great The best clam chowder I believe on the west coast Crab and shrimp stuffed mushrooms awsome The crab cakes are out of this world super amazing the sauce so good I was dipping asparagus in it and I hate asparagus but loved everything I could dip in that awsome lobster sauce Very highly recommended if your anywhere close and not worried about price for great quality food
